1. Introduction & Acceptance

1.1. About These Terms

2. Definitions

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1. Age Requirement

The minimum age to register and use the Service is 18 years. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We may request documentary proof of age at any time, and any Account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

3.2. Geographic Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by residents of Australia and other jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted under applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether it is legal for you to access and use the Service from your location. JeetCity makes no representation regarding the legality of the Service in jurisdictions outside the scope of its operations. Players accessing the Service from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so at their own risk and may have their accounts suspended or closed without notice.

3.3. Registration Process

To use the Service, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Chosen username and secure password.

You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or deliberately incorrect information. Registration using another person's identity — with or without their consent — is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.

3.4. One Account per Player

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in:

• Immediate closure of all duplicate accounts;
• Forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings across duplicate accounts;
• Potential permanent ban from the Platform;
• Reporting to relevant regulatory bodies where required by law.

3.5. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

JeetCity is committed to maintaining rigorous Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and identity verification standards. Before processing any withdrawal — and at any other time JeetCity deems necessary — you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Passport, driver's licence, or government-issued photo ID;
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months;
• Proof of Payment Method: Bank card image (with middle digits obscured), bank statement, or e-wallet screenshot;
• Source of Funds Declaration: Documentation confirming the legitimate origin of deposited funds, at JeetCity's discretion.

JeetCity reserves the right to place your Account in a restricted state — preventing withdrawals but not gameplay — pending satisfactory completion of KYC. We will endeavour to process submitted documents within 72 hours on business days. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account closure.

4. Account Management

4.1. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. JeetCity will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account — regardless of whether you authorised it — is your responsibility, unless you promptly notify us of any unauthorised access.

4.2. Account Updates

You must keep your registered information accurate and up to date. Any changes to your name, address, email, or payment details must be communicated to JeetCity as soon as they occur by contacting support@jeetcity-oz.com. JeetCity is not liable for any consequences arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

4.3. Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. After this period, JeetCity may:

• Notify you of the inactive status via the registered email address;
• Apply an administrative fee of AUD 10 per month (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) to cover account maintenance costs;
• Close the Account if the balance reaches zero or after an extended inactivity period.

Any Bonus Funds remaining in an inactive Account will be forfeited at the time the Account is first classified as inactive.

4.4. Account Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, all pending wagers will be settled, and any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method (subject to KYC completion and standard processing times). Accounts may not be closed while a bonus is active unless the remaining Bonus Funds are forfeited. JeetCity also reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or for risk-management purposes.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1. Accepted Payment Methods

5.2. Deposits

• Minimum deposit: AUD 20 (or currency equivalent);
• Maximum deposit: Varies by payment method; displayed at checkout;
• Processing time: Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days;
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• JeetCity reserves the right to request verification of any deposit before releasing funds for play.

5.3. Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: AUD 30 (or currency equivalent);
• Maximum withdrawal: AUD 10,000 per transaction; AUD 20,000 per week; AUD 50,000 per month. Higher limits may be approved at JeetCity's discretion for verified high-volume accounts;
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours on business days. Once approved, funds reach your account within 1–5 business days depending on the payment provider;
• Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit (reverse withdrawal policy);
• Withdrawals are not processed until KYC verification is complete;
• JeetCity reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending AML checks or additional verification;
• Any withdrawal of Bonus Funds prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements will be declined.

5.4. Currency

The primary account currency is Australian Dollars (AUD). If you deposit in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion costs or exchange-rate differences are the Player's responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1. General Bonus Terms

JeetCity may offer various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

By claiming any Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the specific conditions of that Promotion. Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and must not be claimed or exploited by individuals engaged in advantage-play, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to systematically extract value from the Platform.

6.2. Wagering Requirements

• Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 35x (thirty-five times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made;
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited if requirements are not met within this period;
• Only wagers placed with Bonus Funds contribute to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Wagering progress is tracked in your Account dashboard in real time.

6.3. Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are:

6.4. Bonus Stacking & Restrictions

• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to satisfying wagering requirements;
• JeetCity reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or reclaim any bonus awarded in error, claimed fraudulently, or claimed in breach of these Terms;
• Deposits made using certain payment methods (e.g., Neosurf, CashtoCode, POLi) may be excluded from certain promotional offers. Exclusions will be stated on the relevant promotion page;
• Maximum bet per spin or hand while a bonus is active is AUD 5 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6.5. Free Spins

Free spins awarded as part of a Promotion are subject to the following additional conditions:

• Free spins are valid for a specified game or game selection only;

• Winnings from free spins are credited as Bonus Funds and subject to applicable wagering requirements;

7. Games & Fair Play

7.1. Random Number Generator (RNG)

7.3. Technical Malfunctions

"Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — where a game result is produced as a consequence of a verifiable technical fault, JeetCity will not honour such results. In the event of a disconnection mid-game, the outcome of the round will be determined by the server-side result and settled accordingly. JeetCity is not liable for any losses suffered due to network interruptions on the Player's side.

7.4. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using or attempting to use any automated software, bot, script, AI-based decision tool, or any other form of automated play;
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or loopholes in any game or the Platform's systems;
• Colluding with other Players in any manner designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Employing any form of cheating device or technique, including card marking, hole-carding, or shuffle tracking;
• Using VPNs or other tools to disguise your geographical location or identity;
• Money laundering, including using the Platform as a mechanism to transfer or conceal the proceeds of crime;
• Any form of chip dumping or deliberate loss-passing in live or multiplayer games;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any game or Platform software.

7.5. Disputed Game Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact JeetCity within 72 hours of the disputed round being completed. Claims submitted after this window may not be investigated. JeetCity will review server logs and, where applicable, liaise with the game provider to determine the correct result. The outcome of our investigation is final.

8. Tournaments & Lotteries

8.1. Tournament Participation

JeetCity may operate leaderboard competitions, slot tournaments, live casino challenges, and other competitive events (collectively, "Tournaments"). Each Tournament will have its own set of rules, prize pool, eligible games, scoring mechanism, entry requirements, duration, and payout schedule, published on the relevant Tournament page. By participating, you agree to those specific terms.

8.2. Scoring & Rankings

Tournament rankings are determined by criteria defined in each Tournament's rules (e.g., largest single win, highest win multiplier, most rounds played, cumulative winnings). JeetCity's calculation of scores is final and binding. Players who attempt to manipulate Tournament rankings through collusion or other prohibited means will be disqualified without refund of any entry fees.

8.3. Tournament Prizes

Prize distributions are carried out within 72 hours of Tournament conclusion, unless otherwise stated. Cash prizes are credited to the Account's Real Money Balance. Non-cash prizes (e.g., free spins, merchandise) are awarded as specified. If a Tournament prize is credited in Bonus Funds, standard wagering requirements apply.

8.4. Promotional Draws & Lotteries

Where JeetCity conducts prize draws or lottery-style promotions, entry eligibility and prize structures are defined per promotion. JeetCity will endeavour to notify winners by email within 7 days of the draw. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited after 30 days.

8.5. Cancellation

JeetCity reserves the right to cancel, modify, or postpone any Tournament or promotional draw at any time due to technical issues, insufficient participation, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of cancellation after Tournament commencement, prizes will be distributed proportionally based on scores at the time of cancellation.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. Ownership

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, game designs, software, graphical interfaces, databases, text, images, and sound — is the exclusive property of JeetCity or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and design rights.

9.2. Limited Licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, JeetCity grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content;
• Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the licence to any third party;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• Use any automated system to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any Content without JeetCity's prior written consent.

9.3. Third-Party Content

Games hosted on the Platform are provided by third-party game suppliers under licence. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective developers and publishers. JeetCity is not responsible for any intellectual property infringement arising from third-party Content.

9.4. Feedback

If you submit any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Platform or Service, you grant JeetCity an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, develop, and incorporate such feedback without any obligation of compensation or attribution to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. General Disclaimer

The Platform and Service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. JeetCity expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10.2. Scope of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JeetCity shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, winnings, or business opportunities;
• Any loss of data or corruption of data;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, payment-processing delays, or third-party service interruptions;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms;
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your negligence in securing your credentials.

10.3. Maximum Liability Cap

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, JeetCity's total aggregate liability to you — for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms — shall not exceed the greater of AUD 500 or the total amount you deposited in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JeetCity and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) any content or information you submit to the Platform.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. Internal Complaints Procedure

If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may escalate your complaint to a senior member of our Compliance team at compliance@jeetcity-oz.com. A final decision will be issued within 14 business days of escalation.

11.3. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players located in Australia acknowledge their rights under applicable consumer protection legislation and nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11.4. No Class Actions

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings — whether through our internal process or any external mechanism — will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class-action, collective, or consolidated dispute proceeding against JeetCity.

14.3. Force Majeure

JeetCity shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, governmental action, internet outages, cyberattacks, or failure of third-party service providers. During a force majeure event, our obligations under these Terms are suspended for the duration of the event.

14.4. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.5. Waiver

No failure or delay by JeetCity in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy. No single or partial exercise of any right or remedy shall prevent or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.

14.6. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JeetCity with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the subject matter hereof.

14.7. Assignment

JeetCity may assign, transfer, or sub-contract any or all of its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without your consent, provided that such assignment does not reduce your rights under these Terms. You may not assign, transfer, or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without JeetCity's prior written consent.

14.8. Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.
